




Wanted: Collaborator!
Cayenne peppers in the garden ... Mmmm -- nuthin like a dash (or 3) of cayenne to spark up a pot of soup, whether chicken-rice or split pea! I still like Salsa Casera (hot) by Herdez, but it was even better before they exported it to the U.S. and added the "hot" label (and at the same time made it more bland). I'm running low on my El Huichol hot sauce -- gonna have to make another run to Mexico one of these overcast days! I feel sorry for those who take a bite of something too spicy for their palate and quickly grab a glass of water -- will they ever learn?
